Transitioning Your Wardrobe From Winter to Spring

Share

Happy First Day of Spring! While we’re so excited to officially welcome the warmer temps, we know the next month or so in New England can be very unpredictable. Here are some basic tips to help ease into spring without putting away your layers.

  • Add a layer underneath your dress. Are you dying to wear your cute floral dresses to work but can’t bear to have your arms showing? Add a crisp oxford button-down layer and tights underneath the dress to keep yourself fashionable and warm.
  • Swap out your ankle booties for flats.  Make the switch from booties to flats! Flats (especially one with a pop of color like a red or royal blue) give your outfit the “I’m so ready for spring” look!
  • Lighter jackets for warmer temps. Once the weather forecasts starts to rise, you’ll definitely want to change out your bulky winter coat for a leather jacket or another lighter option! Pair it with three-quarter length shirts and layers to keep yourself prepared for every possible type of weather.
