Dependable Cleaners Dorchester
The following are some updates for Dorchester Customers as we recover from the fire that occurred at our Dorchester location. The incident took place above our laundromat and away from the dry-cleaning areas. Unfortunately, the amount of damage means we’ve had to temporarily close the whole building.
While we make repairs, you may find one of our 12 locations nearby helpful to continue to support your garment care needs. Here are a few that are closest:
- 338 Granite Ave, Milton (near E. Milton Square & near the ramps to Rt 93) Open Mon-Fri 7 am to 7 pm, Saturday 8 am to 2 pm.
- 110 Newbury St, Boston (near corner of Clarendon & Newbury) Open Mon-Fri 7 am to 6 pm, Saturday 8 am to 2 pm.
- Laundromat & Store @ 320 Quincy Ave, S. Quincy
Store Open: Mon-Fri 7 am to 7 pm, Saturday 7 am to 4 pm, and Sunday 10 am to 4 pm- Laundromat Open: Monday – Sunday, 7 am to 9 pm (last wash at 7:30 pm)
- 152 Galen St, Watertown (near Newton Corner) Open Mon-Fri 7am to 7pm, Sat 8am to 2pm
- Complimentary Delivery Services: We also offer delivery service and we are looking at expanding our delivery areas in a few weeks. If you would be interested, please fill out this form and let us know you were a client at our Dorchester store.
If you had garments at our store:
- Fortunately, all garments are safe. Most of these orders have been cleaned and pressed and are now at our Milton location (338 Granite Ave, Milton,MA). If you prefer a different location, then please fill out the form below and let us know, or email us at CustomerCare@DependableCleaners.com .
- You may also check the status of your orders using our App – You can download the app on Apple or Google Play.
- On our App you can also let us know you are “On My Way” and we will have your orders ready and set aside for you on the “On My Way” rack.
- If you had clothing in a washer or dryer in our Laundromat, we took down most people’s contact information and will call you when they are ready to pick up (we are washing, drying & folding each group of clothes). Please fill out the form below if we don’t have your info.
We love being part of the Dorchester community and are working on reopening our store as quickly as possible—hopefully within the next month or so. Unfortunately, the damage to our laundromat will take longer to repair and may take a few months. We are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
