One of the things we are so grateful for at Dependable Cleaners is how long our employees stay with us. Francisco has been an employee for 16 years! First a client, he jumped at the opportunity to interview as a customer service representative. Francisco worked his way up from CSR to lead, then to ASM and finally manager of the Dorchester location.
When Francisco isn’t hard at work making sure everything is running smoothly, he loves spending time with his family. They go on a big vacation every year, and in the past their destinations have included Jamaica, Cozumel, Mexico and the Grand Canyon!
We asked Francisco, “What’s your favorite part of working for Dependable?” His response was immediate: “I have a great team who feel like my second family, and I’m located in a wonderful community that I get to be a part of every day.” And when we asked him to give us his version of an ‘elevator pitch’ to describe Dependable Cleaners to someone for the first time, he took a second to collect his thoughts and then firmly responded, “If you want to do business with a company that cares, with a staff who will treat you like family, and job opportunities with the potential for growth, then Dependable Cleaners is the best place for you.”
